Welcome to Berkeley Country Club's gym orientation session designed specifically for golfers! This session will provide you with all the information you need to make the most of our remodeled fitness center, with a focus on how to enhance your golf game through tailored exercises and assessments.

During this orientation, you will get an understanding of:

1. Gym Tour & Equipment Overview
We'll walk you through our fitness facility, highlighting key equipment ideal for golfers, such as resistance machines, free weights, and functional training tools. Our fitness trainer will demonstrate how to use equipment properly to help with flexibility, strength, and mobility, all essential for improving your swing and overall golf performance.

2. Golf-Focused Fitness Assessments
Our team will introduce you to our golf fitness assessments, which help identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement. These assessments are customized to evaluate your flexibility, balance, core stability, and power – all critical factors in maximizing your golf game. We'll explain how these assessments provide insights into your current fitness level and how to track your progress over time.

3. Personal Training for Golf Fitness
Learn how our fitness performance coaches can work with you to create a personalized fitness program that aligns with your golfing and fitness goals. Whether you're looking to increase your driving distance, improve your swing mechanics, or prevent risk of injuries, our trainers will provide one-on-one guidance, specific exercises, and training regimens tailored to enhance your golf fitness.
